Would ground turkey work in this recipe to make it an even healthier meatloaf recipe? Personally, I prefer the beef, but I know several people that would like to make this dish as long as it used turkey and not the beef. I like that you used the oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs because they are much healthier for you to use.
