I could totally do this! Anyone who does not even cool could pull this off. I never get a chance to enjoy chicken parmesan, and this is a way I can do that. Marinara is a more sweet and spicy pasta sauce, so the zesty taste will really go good with the fresh parm. Serve with a dinner salad, of course!

Do you add any cheese at the end of the cooking time like when you are plating the dish? I love the fact that you bread the chicken to use it in the recipe. I think it probably adds a much crunchier texture. Do you ever brown the breaded chicken before adding it to the crockpot for a tougher coating when finished?
