We have chicken at least twice a week and with a busy life-style sometimes it becomes difficult to find different ways to prepare chicken. I am hoping this one will become a part of my recipe book because of the ease of preparation and the fact that it goes in the slow cooker.

How easy can a recipe get? I usually prepare chicken at least two times during the week. I can not recall the last time I prepared a lemon chicken recipe and this one is too easy. I saved this for next week on Tuesday. I can't wait to try it.
