  • 8 slices deli-thin black forest ham (2 per chicken breast)
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, juice reserved
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock.
