We love all sorts of Chinese foods and dishes using chicken are among our favorites. This simple recipe hits all the high notes for us. I would suggest changing the regular soy sauce for sweet soy sauce. Its a blend of soy and molasses and works well in any sweetened sauce recipe. It's easily found in any Asian grocery store. Dont forget the toasted sesame seeds on top which werent in the original recipe.
