Oh, this bread pudding looks so good. A modern take on mom's vanilla bread pudding. Do you think I can use any bread, or should I stick with the cinnamon bread for this recipe. I was thinking that a nice French bread would be tasty. I could see using a croissant too, the buttery flavor would be so good with these ingredients.

wow, so chocolately! Wouldn't this be wonderful served warm with ice cream on top? I 've never had chocolate bread pudding. Actually, I haven't made any bread pudding in years. I guess it's time. This looks delicious. Maybe I'll make it for a spring dessert. I might even like it with sliced strawberries.
