I can't say that I have ever used the pineapple in a carrot cake before now. I am so curious about it. What gave you the idea for it? Have you always used the pineapple in your carrot cake? I want to make this for my mom and see what she thinks about it.

I have made chocolate cake in my slow cooker and thought it was great, so I think I'll have to try this carrot cake recipe the next time I want to make dessert. I think the hardest part is leaving the lid on the slow cooker while the cake bakes!

I can't believe it--last week I just mentioned how much I love carrot cake, and how I haven't had it in years, and have never made it. And here is the perfect recipe! I love to try new ways to use my slow cooker, and a cake will be fun to try, especially the reading the description saying how moist it is.
