I am just wondering why you choose to use the pumpkin puree and the pumpkin pie spice instead of the pumpkin pie filling. Are you using a different amount of the spice in your recipe? I often see this in the pumpkin recipes, but I have no idea why the use of separate items. I think your dessert sounds absolutely incredible.

I have never tried pumpkin pudding but I am intrigued. Right now is the perfect time to try it!
