I wish I had this cooking in my slow cooker right now! I love roasts with all the trimmings, especially when I come home from work and smell it cooking. I have never used dry ranch dressing with a roast, but what's not to like about ranch dressing?! Or course I would make a loaf of bread to go with this. Yes, I still have a bread machine!
