Who doesn't love a good cheeseburger recipe? I was going to make burgers this week anyway, so I am happy to try out this dish. I think my family will like the neat take on cheeseburgers. We like to eat them at least once a month, but sometimes it is every other month.

I don't believe I have ever heard of a self - stirring slow cooker before, but this sounds like a great idea, especially when you aren't supposed to open the lid! The home baked pretzel rolls are so much better than a standard burger bun - I think I am going to use these for a lot of things from now on. The next time I make these "cheeseburgers" I might even get my 2nd crock pot out and do a giant batch of caramelized onions to serve with it!
