This looks like a tasty addition to your meal. What is it about ranch dressing that always adds a nice touch? Limited ingredients and the result is a nice side dish. Perfect with quite a few dishes steak, roast chicken, roast beef, pork chops - need I go on? Of course if you love potatoes like I do, this dish is a real plus. Thank you for the recipe.
