I am always on the lookout for new and unique potato side dishes to change up my dinner routine, and this is a great one. It is rich and tangy without being to heavy or fattening. It is the perfect no fuss side dish to serve along steak, baked chicken, or even fish!

I've never thought of adding ranch dressing to potatoes. This sounds delicious! I'm always looking for ideas for side dishes, and my family loves potatoes. Can't wait to try these. I just have to figure out what to serve them with.
