I didn't have any Andouille sausage, so I used some kielbasa that I had in the back of my freezer. It was very savory and delicious! The sausage flavor melds into all the other goodies in here and gives it a rich smoky flavor - my husband loves this stuff, and so do I! It is a complete meal in a bowl!
