I was delighted by how easy this appliance is to use. The bag goes across the inside of the sealer. After closing the cover, all you need to do it press a button. The clearly marked buttons direct you to the function you need, whether it is to seal or vacuum seal a bag. 



I love that you can seal bags with the option of not using the vacuum sealing component. This is convenient when you just want to seal something. It makes it perfect for saving the rest of a bag of chips that you want to save until the next day, but don't want to waste a special vacuum sealing bag on. I found it worked well at sealing most kinds of food bags. 



The vacuum sealing component works quickly and quietly to remove all the air from the specially designed bags. It is perfect for saving leftovers, storing produce, and marinating meat. You can also seal food for sous vide cooking. 



I found I wasted so much less food by using this sealer. After just a couple months of use, the appliance pays for itself. Clean up was easy with just a damp towel to wipe down the surfaces of the machine. I also loved that the device is small enough to fit in a drawer which is great if you don't have countertop or cabinet space to spare.
