Do you use dried or fresh thyme in your dish? I know a lot of these recipes call for fresh thyme. Also, can I use regular mustard instead of the dry mustard? I have the wet mustard in my refrigerator now that I can use. I like all the fresh ingredients you chose.

There are a lot of different recipes out there for Beef Stroganoff. My husband definitely likes meat and potatoes, so I know he will like this recipe. I love comfort food cooked in a slow cooker. I will serve it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
