I have done casseroles in the slow cooker before and some of them get dried out if you cook them too long. The good thing about his recipe is that it is done in layer and also has hash browns in it which helps to being it all together in addition to the bacon. I am going to make this recipe. I work from home and have to eat breakfast in the morning. This will be all ready for me when I wake up. Yum! Thank you.

I love breakfast casseroles on the holidays. I always look forward to making special breakfast meals on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Since it will be months until those holidays come around again, I will make this one night for dinner. I have many hash brown and tater tot casserole recipes, and I think all of them are amazing!
