I learn a lot about cooking techniques reading the recipes found here. One thing that I did not know is the fact that rosemary gets bitter really fast if left to cook in the crock for too long. It is recommended that we add it only at the last 30 minutes. I love fresh herbs the best as the flavor cannot be beat.

How much dried thyme would I use if I were using boneless, skinless chicken breasts? I never use the whole chicken because I am the only one in my house that would eat it. I can get everyone else to at least try chicken meals as long as I use the boneless breasts.

This sounds like such an easy spring recipe for dinner. I love lemon chicken so I cant wait to try this!
