I like to make my chili VERY spicy at home, since my husband and I adore spicy food. But when cooking for mixed guests, I tend to make a mild version and serve diced hot peppers on the side for those who like it hot. This is a great mild version that is full of flavor. If you don't care for cilantro, fresh parsley can be used and it will be great. Or you can just leave it out.

This looks amazing and I need to try it! What an excellent recipe idea for a cold winter day.

This recipe looks delicious and so easy! Is there any other ingredient uou would substitute the cilantro for? What types of beans did you use or is it any type? Great video, easy to follow , spoke slow enough you can follow along!

Thanks for the video, super helpful!
