If you don't want to use add rice crispies or coconut you can simply make this recipe using 2 cups of peanut butter and 2 cups of icing sugar. The only thing I found did not work too well was all natural peanut butter, as it was too runny. If you need to thicken the mixture, you can add a bit more icing sugar.

This looks so good and I love anything with peanut butter. Will definitely be trying this recipe.
