What is manchego cheese? Is there another cheese similar to it? I have never used it before, and I honestly have never heard of it either. I just wonder if it is close to something else I might use like mozzarella or provolone maybe. I know it won't be exactly the same, but maybe I can still get it close with something I know how to use.

This recipe looks awesome! I would make these anytime,even just for dinner during the week. I have never heard of the brand of marinade mentioned though. Is it a local kind, only sold in certain places? Also,what is phyllo dough, and could something else, like pre-made pizza crust, be substituted?

This yummy recipe for pulled pork bites in a muffin tin will make an impressive appetizer for your holiday buffet table. This is something that I have never experimented with this type of appetizer, but the mini muffin tins are so darn cute! It is very all purpose, too. Use the phylo dough with meats or make dessert bites by filling them with a mix of fresh berries and a sprinkling of sugar crystals on top! Yum!
