I don't know what it is, but when you pair the flavors of pork and fruit together, it always turns out great. I've had pineapple glazed pork before, and frequently cook it with apples, so I can't wait to try this peach version. It seems very southern to me! Smaller bite size pieces might be nice over some long grain and wild rice.

I absolutely love this idea, but I need to make a bigger batch for my family. Do you have to use peach preserves or could you use fresh peaches and just cook them down a little more? I guess it might make the sauce runnier, but I want to keep the recipe as simple as I can.

These pork chops seem like the perfect marriage between sweet and savory. Plus, I love that the recipe is only 5 ingredients. Couldn't be simpler!

Never thought of using peaches to marinate these in! Can't wait to try them!
