This is a wonderful recipe to use for a casual lunch or for a game day event with many guests coming to your house. Slow Cooker Chicken Sandwiches with Red Pepper Aioli is a fast and easy recipe that will satisfy your hungry crowd. This is a simpler chicken recipe, with some finely chopped onion, some tarragon, some lemon juice, and a little bit of whipping cream. This pulled chicken is more straight-forward and less creamy than some other recipes. The topping has a little more zing to it with some mayonnaise, peppadews, and some Thai chili garlic paste. This is a dish your guests will remember.

What are peppadew peppers? I have never heard of them before now. I think your recipe sounds so delicious with the other ingredients. I must admit I am a little timid about the tarragon because I have only used it a couple of times and I am still not sure whether I like it or not.

Hi SissieSass, peppadew peppers is the brand name of pickled sweet piquante peppers. You may be able to find them in the condiment aisle, but if not, you could substitute red bell pepper or roasted red pepper. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
