Do you think a little garlic would go good in this recipe? I love a garlicky flavor to my beef. I think it would go great with a fresh side salad or some sliced peppers. What do you like to serve with your French dip sandwich when you make it for lunch?

Oh, how I love French Dip Sandwiches! I wish I had found this recipe earlier this week, so I could have this in the slow cooker tonight. I think I will have these sandwiches for the football party coming up soon. I like to have appetizers and a slow-cooked sandwich meal for football Sundays.
