My daughter is always after me to make baked macaroni and cheese. I love the stuff too, but wouldn't she be surprised to get this mac and cheese out of the crock pot? I can see the look on her face now. I can't wait to try this recipe out.

Well, I have to say I tried crock pot mac 'n cheese for our buffet for Thanksgiving and mine was really a disaster. I found out it does not bode well to make it the night before and stick the crock in the fridge, then attempt to reheat it at my destination later in the day. I guess mac 'n cheese must be made fresh, the day of. Second thing I learned is the importance of spraying the cooking spray inside the crock. Which I did not do. I really would try this again. Maybe with this different recipe I will have better luck.

Everyone loves mac and cheese so this will be a good dish for a family barbaque or a get together or even on your table just because you love it. The more cheese the better and looks so creamy and delicious, I will add this to any meal. Thanks for the recipe.
