I love this. This sounds like the perfect fall/winter way to make cornbread.

This is such a clever and unique bread recipe! Your family will be pleasantly surprised by the sweet flavor and also the moist and tender texture that the butternut squash lends to it. I make bread with zucchini squash all the time in the summer, but never thought to use the butternut variety. Thanks!
