I make a chicken noodle soup recipe that cooks on the stove in a pretty short amount of time. When I have more time to prepare a meal, I will definitely try this soup. It probably would be a good idea to use low sodium broth, just to bring the sodium content down some. I can't wait to try this.

This looks delicious but I would attempt it with a few modifications. I would use a low sodium broth. I would pan fry the meat for a few minutes to remove more fat, before putting it in the slow cooker. Instead of heavy cream, I would try 2% milk or lower fat sour cream.
