Heaven Under a Palm Tree Chicken

Heaven Under a Palm Tree Chicken is a tasty slow cooker Chinese copycat recipe made with simple ingredients, such as soy sauce, garlic, bell peppers, and pineapple. Sweet and savory come together in perfect harmony for this Asian-style delight. Pineapple makes everything better, and this slow cooker chicken recipe is no exception! This recipe incorporates both pineapple chunks and their juice, adding a sweet and tart kick to the otherwise savory sauce. After letting the chicken cook all day in your slow cooker, garnish it with sliced almonds. You'll swear this dish came out of your local Chinese restaurant.
