"Rice Krispies Treats are a big hit in our house and I LOVE these Rice Krispies Wreath Cookies as they look so pretty on a plate of cookies. So much so that Hubs love these Scotcharoos I made in the shape of footballs and each year he loves my labor of love in the form of these Wreath Cookies.
