Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 24 ounce dried prunes (about 4 cups)
  • 7 ounce mixed dried fruits (about 1/1/2 cups)
  • 6 ounce dried apricots (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 4 cup V8 V-Fusion® Pomegranate Blueberry
  • 1 cup white zinfandel wine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grate 1 teaspoon zest from the lemon.

  2. Stir the prunes, mixed fruit, apricots, cranberries, raisins, juice, wine, lemon zest and vanilla extract in a 6-quart slow cooker.

  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
