We have a wonderful dessert that is great for any party finisher, including a special treat for Valentines Day. Slow Cooker Raspberry Chocolate Lava Cake is an exquisite dessert that will be memorable for all. Although the recipe calls for raspberries and raspberry jam, strawberry is also a great substitute. This can be referred to as a slow cooker "spoon cake," with raspberry sauce running throughout the chocolate cake, which almost has a soft brownie consistency. Just as lava pours over a volcano, your sauce will pour all over the sides of your warm and soft easy slow cooker cake. This dessert is irresistible.
