Paleo Slow Cooker Cauliflower "Rice"

Paleo Slow Cooker Cauliflower

Paleo Slow Cooker Cauliflower "Rice" is a great recipe for those keeping a strict paleo diet but who still want to enjoy common and familiar side dishes. Although this side dish recipe is a little different than what you're used to, the flavors are undeniable. If you never knew you could transform cauliflower into rice, you aren't alone -- it's not frequently done. However, when it is, it's absolutely delicious, not to mention a wonderful alternative to plain white or brown rice. This recipe goes great paired with a Chinese chicken dish like this one for Paleo Slow Cooker Orange Chicken.
