Ingredients

  • 4 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 4 (10-1/2-ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 5 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 large white potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Stir the bacon, onion, soup, milk, black pepper, potatoes, and 1/4 cup chives into a 6-quart slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender.

  3. Add the cheese and stir until it's melted. Sprinkle the remaining chives.
