Cook simple & delicious recipes with the Rachael Ray Cityscapes Porcelain Enamel 11” Covered Stir Fry Pan. This versatile pan combines the shapes of a wok, skillet, and saute pan, to create a new shape, perfect for stir-frying food. The pan has a nonstick interior to make cooking, and then cleaning, care-free.

This pan is built with a quick-heating aluminum that lends itself well to stir-fry recipes. The nonstick coating keeps your ingredients from fusing to the pan while you start turning up the flames. This is key when making stir fry recipes.

The shape and size of this stir-fry pan make it a quick favorite. It functions much like a wok, but isn't quite so large or cumbersome. This pan can cook up a dinner for four in just a few minutes. You can even finish your dish in the oven since it is oven safe up to 350 degrees F.

A soft grip handle makes tossing ingredients and plating food, simple. I really like the indent to place your thumb because you can use it for leverage. The same soft grip is incorporated on the handle of the glass lid included with the pan.

The two-tone coloring of the pan is signature to this collection. The gradient is subtle, but gives a unique look to the pan. I especially love the pan in the new seal salt gray color because it has a timeless appeal and matches most kitchens.
