Chicken and sausage? I have never heard of a dish that uses both meats in the same recipe. When you say grainy mustard, do you mean prepared or dry? I can't wait to cook this up because it sounds so delightful. I think that the green onions give it just the pop of color it needs to be a star!

This looks sooo good! I am drooling! I am definitely going to try this and serve it with riced cauliflower instead of rice. It is also the main dish I have been looking for for our fellowship meals at church. We make the main dish for everyone and then everyone brings a dish to share. This served with steamed mixed vegetables sounds perfect for kids, adults, family and church.
