I love the combination of cheesecake and key lime pie so I have to try this recipe, I will have to share it otherwise I will eat it all. Looks simple enough. I never knew you could make cookies in a slow cooker. Thank you.

I love key lime pie so I decided to give these cookie bars a try. I substituted low fat cream cheese, as that was what I had on hand. I used 5 tablespoons of real lime juice in the filling and also a tablespoon of grated lime rind. The bars turned out well with a full burst of lime flavor. I would make this recipe again.
