I think it is a very bad idea to mention picking mushrooms straight from the garden in this recipe and also stating to use wild Oregon mushrooms. Someone that did not know any better and was not aware of the dangers of using wild mushrooms may become poisoned! I think it would be a good idea to edit this recipe just for safety's sake.
