Slow Cooker Bolognese Sauce With Pappardelle
This is a nice Italian recipe for a weekday dinner when you have little time to prepare. You are able to get the sauce ingredients ready the night before. Your chopping and dicing of carrots, celery and onions can be finished before you go to sleep. You can also prepare your Italian sausage and make sure you have a Burgundy bottle of wine on hand. Then the morning of you toss all of your ingredients in the slow cooker, come home and you have a beautiful sauce ready. You also can pre-cook the pasta the night before and refrigerate it.
