Wow, where did you come up with the idea for cinnamon in this recipe? That is one ingredient I can say that I have never heard of being used for a pork roast or loin. I am really interested in this one now because I have no clue what that might come out tasting like, so the only way to figure it out is to make it and see.

I found it. It is under that Recipe Exchange but you have to scroll down until you come to main dishes. This recipe is first on the list.
