Although this sandwich looks AMAZING and I am sure tastes that way, too- I seriously doubt that one sandwich is 163 calories as is stated on the nutrition information. Perhaps that is the amount for one HALF of a sandwich. Even then, with the sour dough bread and the cheese, elbow mac and the butter and cheese- just can't figure out how it can only be 163 calories! I would love it if it were true. Who came up with this idea anyway?! A chopped beef patty (like on a patty melt) would be good on here, as well. Yum!

This is some combination, huh msdeb21? I think it sounds like lunch all in one sandwich. I mean you got your pulled pork and your mac and cheese. How can you go wrong with grilled cheese on top of the rest of the recipe? What an excellent way to mix up lunch and give the kids a break from cold cuts.

Whoa! This might be my new favorite sandwich! I can't wait to make this, but I'm torn between using beef or pork. My family will be surprised when they see me putting the whole thing together to make a grilled sandwich. This idea is brilliant!
