This fried rice sounds so good. Have you ever tried using water chestnuts in the recipe? I see those a lot, and I have to say that they are one of my favorite parts of Asian cooking. I have to add them to mine, but I think your flavors are awesome. I can't wait to try this dish out and taste it to see what it tastes like.

Well this is sure an easy way to make fried rice. I could eat it even without other Chinese dishes. I'm starting to see that I can make all my favorite Chinese meals at home in my slow cooker. Who knew? I thought you had to have a wok, and I got rid of mine years ago.
