Easter is a busy holiday for my family, so it's nice to have recipes that can just be cooking away in the slow cooker while we're at church!

My mouth is watering just looking at this collection of recipes for Easter. This is perfect for my family. My sisters, our husbands, children and grandchildren gather together on Easter weekend for an Easter Egg hunt tradition with our mother. We all bring in various things to make up a meal for the day. The garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots look so delicious to me. I never would have thought to boil eggs in the slow cooker. The lemon squares are sure to be one of my favorites too. This is great! Each one of us can set up a slow cooker for ease of cooking, service and cleaning.

Oh my goodness do these look fabulous! I am always looking for ways to up my entertaining game and this will be a great resource come Easter time. I am drooling over those lemon squares already! I always like using my slow cooker on holidays because it frees up the over for other things and you don't have to watch the recipes so closely. If you use crock pot liners, clean up is a breeze!

Looks delicious!

Excellent!

I'll just have to wait and see, after I try the recipes.
