I was wondering what makes this dish Italian besides the tomatoes and onions? I was hoping for some Italian sausage or seasoning to go in this dish. Have you experimented with either of those before? I know we love the combination of the sausage and hamburger when we do meatloaf or Italian beef dishes, so I was just curious about the ingredients. Thank you!
