Why are there so many delicious looking recipes that only cook for 4-6 hours? This would be a great meal to cook durable not the week, if only I was able to leave it for the day. Otherwise, the only options I have are to make it on the weekend, or buy a new slow cooker. Of course, I'm always up for buying things, but I would prefer to be able to let this cook for 8-10 hours, if anyone has any suggestions.
