How large of pieces are you talking for your potatoes? Do you like them to be quartered or maybe cut into sixths or eighths? The last time I cooked a recipe with large cut potatoes it took ten hours to get done. I want to keep this dish at eight hours or less to make.

This recipe looks so easy! I am always looking for easy recipes to make during the week, and this looks to be one of the easiest! I am thinking I will have to invest in a programmable crockpot, though, so I do not over cook the meat! There is nothing worse than dry meat!

My local store always has pork chops at a good price so this will be the perfect recipe. Easy to make and it sounds delicious especially with the potatoes.
