Raspberry Balsamic Pork Chops

This delicious slow cooker pork chops recipe is packed with flavor. These Raspberry Balsamic Pork Chops are seasoned with onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. The pork chops are layered in the slow cooker with the spices and then doused in a mixture of raspberry balsamic vinegar and water. You can prepare these slow cooker pork chops in the morning and let them cook on low all day, or you can have them ready for dinner in a flash by cooking them on the HIGH setting.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds bone-in pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Line your crock with a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner.

  2. Mix together the minced onion, sea salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and pepper.

  3. Place half of the pork chops into the bottom of your crock and sprinkle with half of the seasoning you just mixed. Place the remaining chops into your crock and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning.

  4. Mix together the raspberry balsamic vinegar and water. Pour it over the pork chops.

  5. Cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 hours.

Do you think that I could use the boneless pork loin for this recipe? My family is not a fan of the bone-in pork or chicken meals, so I often go with boneless as much as I can. I like that you chose the raspberry to give this dish a unique flavor. Most that go different choose cranberry or cherry, but raspberry is not something I see with pork very often.

Hi SissieSass, I think boneless pork loin would work fine for this recipe. Just keep in mind that the cooking time will be different because it is a roast rather than chops. Make sure to cook it until the center reads 155 degrees F. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
