If you use the full five pounds of pork, do you go a little more on the apple cider vinegar, or is it the same amount no matter the poundage? I have to make large meals because I have three hungry teenagers that will devour it as soon as I tell them that dinner is done. It sounds so yummy that I can't wait to try it out and see what they think because it is so simple to make.
