The Unikia BiT Whisk is designed with the cook in mind. The 11-wire all-round balloon design helps to aerate more than most whisks on the market. The whisk is not at all flimsy, but is flexible for easy cleaning. The grip on the whisk is what makes it so great. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold, even for long periods of time.
The Unikia BiT Turner is my new favorite kitchen tool. It is made from a super high-resistant silicone that can withstand up to 280 degrees C.
