Who doesnt love a good ham and cheese casserole? I love breakfast casseroles, especially for lunch or dinner! This dish looks amazing, but again I was not able to access the website. I will have to do some more research and find the recipe, because I definitely want to try this!

What a great idea for your Easter celebration holiday buffet table! Leave the casserole in the crock on warm, and display a basket of English muffins on the table next to it. I really love this idea. Diced ham is so very inexpensive at my grocery store, so I should be able to make this on the cheap while feeding a crowd.
