Amanda Formaro is a busy mom of four growing kids. With one headed off to college, two active in sports, and running a growing blog of her own, Amanda's Cookin', she often takes advantage of her slow cooker for help in the kitchen.
Amanda started her blog in September of 2008. She started off using mixes, but now makes almost everything from scratch. She is continually expanding her cooking knowledge and is eager to share it with you.
Amanda loves trying new recipes and baking treats for her family. She hopes to share her love for food and its preparation through her blog.
