What kind of bread crumbs do you like to use in this dessert? I was thinking of Panco until I looked back and seen that you wrote fine bread crumbs. Could I roll out the Panco in a Ziplock bag? I was thinking it would work out that it would be fine, but maybe the texture wouldn't be such a bad thing.
